Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between your business and Plutio Ventures FZE LLC, which runs SuperHQ. By creating a workspace or using one you've been invited to, you accept them on behalf of the business you sign up for.

1. The service

SuperHQ is software for running a business: an inbox, customer records, campaigns, lifecycle journeys, fraud protection and an AI assistant called Pal that reads, drafts and proposes actions across them. You use it through a workspace. The people you invite to your workspace are your team, and you are responsible for what they do in it.

2. Your account

  • Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.
  • Tell us straight away at hello@getsuperhq.com if you think someone else has got into your account.

3. Price

SuperHQ is free to use during early access. Paid plans will have their own terms, shown to you before anything is charged. We will never charge you without you choosing a plan first.

4. Your data stays yours

  • Everything you and your customers put into your workspace belongs to you. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms.
  • You confirm you have the right to bring that data in, including any data about your own customers, and to connect the accounts you connect (for example Stripe, Meta or your own database).
  • We don't sell your data and we don't use it to advertise to anyone.

5. Pal and AI output

Pal writes drafts, summaries and proposed actions. Actions are proposed first and only run when someone on your team approves them. You decide what is sent and done in your name, so check what Pal proposes before you approve it. AI can be wrong, and you remain responsible for what your business sends to its customers.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use SuperHQ to:

  • send spam or mail people who haven't agreed to hear from you;
  • phish, defraud, impersonate anyone or collect credentials;
  • break the law, or anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
  • upload malware, probe or attack the service, or try to reach another workspace's data;
  • resell the service or build a competing product from it.

We may pause sending or suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or puts other customers, their recipients or the service at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and say why.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep SuperHQ running and your data safe, but during early access the service is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime. Features will change as the product grows. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email the workspace owner at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

8. Leaving

You can stop using SuperHQ at any time. Ask us at hello@getsuperhq.com and we will give you a copy of your workspace's data and then delete it, as set out in the Privacy Policy. We can end these terms with 30 days' notice, or straight away for a serious breach of section 6.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost revenue. While the service is free, our total liability for anything arising from these terms is limited to USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman, and the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction. If a consumer or data-protection law where you are gives you rights these terms can't take away, those rights still apply.
